Lying in bed on a sleeper train watching the lights of California go by. Brilliant nights in LA and San Francisco to kick off the tour with Kyle from Typhoon, who writes and sings like no one I know. Spent my off day in Big Sur, a place so beautiful you wonder what we ever did to deserve it. I'll wake up in the mountains of Oregon as the Coast Starlight winds its way to Portland, where tour continues with a sold out show at the Old Church.
